They are provided for informational purposes only and should not be treated as final, official, or legally binding determinations.

2. Third-Party Data Sources

EnergiDash integrates with and relies upon third-party data sources, including but not limited to ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager, New York City public records, and other government or commercial data providers. These sources may contain:

• Errors or inaccuracies in reported data
• Omissions of buildings, units, or relevant facts
• Outdated records that do not reflect recent changes
• Mismatches between property identification numbers, addresses, or ownership records

EnergiDash makes no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data sourced from third parties.

3. Independent Verification Required

Users should independently verify all results generated by EnergiDash before relying on them for any of the following purposes:

• Regulatory compliance — Do not file with the NYC Department of Buildings, NYC Mayor's Office of Climate & Environmental Justice, or any other agency based solely on EnergiDash outputs without verifying underlying data.
• Legal matters — EnergiDash results are not a substitute for legal advice or official agency determinations.
• Financial decisions — Fine projections, capital planning estimates, and similar outputs are illustrative only and should not be used as the sole basis for financial commitments.
• Engineering determinations — Energy audits, retrofits, and professional engineering reviews should not rely solely on EnergiDash outputs.

EnergiDash is a software platform. It does not provide legal, regulatory, engineering, financial, accounting, or tax advice. Output from EnergiDash is not a substitute for:
